This is an very well preserved Perch from the Eocene of North America. It was found in the 18 inch layer of fossil butte near the town of Kemmerer and the preservation of these fish is of a much better quality than those fish found at the split fish quarry. Until recently this fish was assigned to

The fish measures 11.2 cm's in length, the matrix 26 x 21cm's.
