Stromatolite "Cotham Marble"

This piece of cut/polished section of stromatolite shows the microbial matting associated with stromatolites together algal blooms which give this stromatolite its nickname of landscape stromatolite as it looks superficially like trees in field!!!. This is one of the nicest examples as it shows the top of the colony on the natural edge of the fossil and i have polished it on one side
The specimen measures 14.5cm's across

Delivery is usually made within 3-5 days of purchase. All items sent within the U.K are sent 1st class signed or Special Delivery if under 2kg. If above this weight the parcel is sent via courier. For purchases outside of the U.K postage will take longer but is always sent with tracking and insurance.
